Creating an Account:

Creating an account with Cloud Nine Pajamas allows you to do the following: Keep up-to-date on promos, view order status, access complete order history, store your information for quick and easy checkout process and add items to your wishlist.

Order Status:

When logged in to your account, you are able to click on “My Orders” to view status of your orders.

Order Confirmation:

Confirmation of your order can take up to 48 hours. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation and a shipping notification. If your item is not in stock, we will alert you via email within 48 hours.

Payment: 

We accept payment through pay pal accounts which you can set up using credit card, Visa Debit Card or directly to your bank account.

Gift Cards and Certificates:

Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards or gift certificates as payment for online orders, but certainly welcome them in store.

Size Guide:

Since we carry Canada's largest variety of sleepwear size guides range. Please contact us if you have any questions about how something fits, we would love to help you! 

Refunds:

If you are unhappy in anyway, please contact us at webstore@cloudninepajamas.com. If you go into your customer file on our webstore and go to the invoice with the product you would like to return there will be a button at the bottom saying return item(s), please select this and fill out the form (please include your phone number in the comment section). We will contact you as soon as possible and action your refund. You will in charge of the shipping costs to send back the product. If you are having trouble with this process at all please email us at webstore@cloudninepajamas.com with your full name, phone number and invoice number and we will get back to you!
